Hello Everyone I am very excited about starting this blog, I have
always written in a journal about my training and my experiences of
learning through the years. Now I am going public with my
experiences, training, and adventures.

My most recent adventure was the MAIA Supershow (Martial Arts
Industry Association) held in Orlando, Florida. It is the biggest
trade show for martial arts in the country. I have been attending for
the past 4 years and have always walked away with knowledge. This
year I got my chance to go and give my knowledge. My BJJ Coaches
David Meyer and John Will (BJJ America) invited me to work their
booth and help put on demo’s of their new MMA program - ALPHA MMA -
(www.alphamma.com).

It was a completely different experience meeting the big wigs in the
martial arts industry. Got to spend a lot of time on the mat with BJJ
Black Belt Brian Johnson getting private lessons and learning how to
train better. It was a great experience for myself, I really walked
away with a lot of information and look forward to training harder.

I already made plans with my BJJ coach David Meyer to fly to San
Francisco and train with him at Fairtex Gym. That’s going to be
pretty cool!

Train Hard, Train Smart and Train Safe! Everyone has to work tomorrow!
