BJJ Black Belt Shawn Hammonds taught a seminar at Club MMA on September 26th. It was a pretty good turnout. Shawn showed us some competition tricks and techniques that were pretty cool to say the least. All who attended walked away with a renewed excitement for the sport of BJJ!
